1. Research tool, not advice

Market Detective is a research and informational tool. It surfaces signals, anomalies and contradictions found in public data and explains why a situation may be unusual. It does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice, does not recommend the purchase or sale of any security, and does not guarantee any outcome. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

2. No warranty on data

Market Detective relies on third-party and public data sources, including company filings, insider transactions and market quotes, which may be delayed, incomplete or contain errors. Detective Scores are dataset-relative measures of how unusual a situation appears — not predictions. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any data or analysis.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Market Detective for your own lawful research purposes and not to resell, redistribute or scrape the service, or to use it in a manner that violates applicable securities laws or the terms of the underlying data providers.

4. Subscriptions

Access is provided on a subscription basis and billed through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Pricing and any trial terms are shown at checkout before payment is taken.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Market Detective and its operators are not liable for any trading losses or other damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

6. Changes
